| Did you know this is the year of the OFFICE? Well, not officially but I have decided that my house needs a break from being "an office" so it can get back to being "a home" for our entire family. With technology and Covid shaking things up, it feels like work has taken over every nook and cranny of our homes. But ask yourself is this so-called "flexibility" truly what we desire? As we hear the "back to the office" buzz, what if we pause and think about our poor houses. Can you imagine our houses pleading for a reprieve, longing for a break from the constant demands of our work lives? They yearn for the sound of laughter and the warmth of gatherings, rather than serving as a makeshift office space. After all, they are our places of refuge - they're our homes. I'm curious – do you feel the same way? How has this whole work-from-home situation impacted your household? Does it still feel like the cozy haven it used to be? Want to grab a coffee on the way to the office or a drink after work on your way home? Remember that concept? Happy New Year & Happy Home! |
