Happy Holidays! It's been a whirlwind of a month for real estate! We saw rates come down, reinvigorating the market. It's especially fun handing over keys to buyers of new homes just in time for the holidays! While I am scrambling to finish the holiday baking, gift wrapping, mail holiday cards, etc. I do relish my home more than any other time of year! The holiday music, scents, and even blustery weather make it so cozy that even the stress of getting it all done is enjoyable. As you enjoy the final days of the 2023 may you appreciate where you are and who you are with. I look forward to our paths crossing in the new year. |
