Born and raised in Seattle, I have seen this area grow, change, and evolve. At its core, the city, and its many neighborhoods, remain one that appeals to those who enjoy the beauty that surrounds us here in Washington. I have a great appreciation for what our state has to offer and love to share all that makes Seattle and the surrounding area so wonderful!

I began my career in business development in the technology industry working for leading enterprise software, online media, and online travel companies. Throughout my career, I successfully built meaningful partnerships through strong business relationships and strategic negotiations. In parallel, I have been a real estate investor for 27 years owning and managing multiple rental properties from single family to vacation rentals. I have experience navigating the purchase and sale process both with and without a licensed agent, giving me a useful perspective on the value I can bring to my clients. I have first-hand experience with 1031 transactions as well.

I believe my experience building and negotiating lasting business partnerships combined with my background as a real estate investor puts me in a unique position to bring a broad skill set to the real estate process. My role as your agent is to make the process meaningful and memorable. I will do this through listening and understanding your needs, guiding you through the selling and buying process so you know where you stand regardless of which side of the negotiation you are on, and be your project manager throughout the process as I work for you. On a personal note, my husband Kevin and I live on Queen Anne, have two children and an English cream retriever. As a family, we enjoy ski adventures in the winter and boating whenever the sun comes out. From sea to ski we try to take advantage of our region's great outdoors whenever possible. We have particular fondness for Alpental, San Juan Island, and Walla Walla where we own investment properties.
