I hope you had a wonderful 4th of July celebration! It's about this time every summer that panic sets in as I feel the summer is halfway over and I am just beginning to enjoy the sunshine, backyard barbecues, and water activities. Thus far it's been a sizzling real estate market! In our area, while we are seeing more inventory and longer listing cycles, homes are still moving at a brisk pace. With summer in full swing, buyers are eager to settle in before fall, and sellers have the perfect opportunity to make a move while demand is high.
