My word for the year is CONNACTIVITY! No, that is not a misspelling. It means to connect with others through an activity in person not via technology! Since Covid, I realize I have really missed connecting with people without using technology so if you are up for coffee, a walk, or trying a new activity let's connect!

As we enter the new year amidst persistently high interest rates, buyer activity remains strong in King County. Active listings saw a modest increase, accompanied by a notable rise in pending sales, while closed sales work to recover from the holiday season. Despite a 151.8% surge in new listings, demand has rebounded, resulting in a decrease in days on market. Meanwhile, both median active and sale prices have remained stable, reflecting a balanced market dynamic.
