Welcome October! Autumn has officially arrived! The month of spook-tacular surprises is upon us. Cue the pumpkin spice lattes, cinnamon scented candles, cozy sweaters and halloween decor! Many are wondering if they should be spooked by interest rates which is understandable. It appears rates may continue upward which is leading many buyers dependent on financing to consider a rate buy down. Sellers are also offering rate buy down incentives to buyers. If you are considering a purchase or sale, you'll definitely want to take rate buy downs into consideration. In additional to interest challenges, we continue to face limited inventory.
