April Blossoms of Change... This is a month for New Beginnings! For many of us, it marks the closure of the previous year as we submit our taxes, indulge in a well-deserved "spring break," and witness the real estate market flourish with increased inventory, enticing more buyers onto the scene. Hopefully, the spring weather also graces us with its presence, adding to the sense of renewal and new beginnings. This April, our family celebrated a significant milestone as our oldest, Benson turned 18. Like many of his peers, he has been contemplating his path after high school. This period is both exhilarating and nerve-wracking, as it sets the stage for their journey towards independence. As a parent, it feels as though 18 years have vanished in the blink of an eye, and now these young adults are poised to embrace life without parental guidance. We can only hope that our guidance has sown the seeds of wisdom that will flourish as they forge ahead. And for those wondering, "How's the real estate market?" I have two words: "More Inventory!" Despite high interest rates, competition for homes is still driving up prices so it's a great time if you are considering selling your home. I'd be thrilled to have a conversation with you!
